Carrie has been a registered nurse since 2012, starting out as a hospital bedside nurse on a telemetry medical-surgical unit and also working in an ICU step-down unit. She has spent the majority of her nursing career as a hospice RNCM. Carrie truly considers hospice nursing to be her “calling” and she is passionate about providing the best care possible at such an important time in a person’s life.
Carrie grew up in Miami, Florida and raised her two children in Indiana. In November 2019, her whole family moved to California, at which time she joined the Silverado team as an RNCM.
She is very excited to be part of the support team assisting nurses, CHHAS and other disciplines who are out in the field making such a difference for Silverado’s patients and their loved-ones.
