Silverado Recognizes Veterans
July 4, 2015
Thank you for all who have served and continue to serve!
July 4th is typically associated with fireworks, barbecues, picnics, concerts, and other events that celebrate the independence of our nation. It gives Americans a chance to celebrate our freedom with family and friends.
This July Silverado Hospice recognized our veterans who gave their time serving in the armed forces to protect the independence of our country. All patients as well as family members who are veterans were presented with a festively decorated candle. These projects were created and delivered to our Silverado Hospice patients and family members on July 4th, or upon admission for patients receiving services after the holiday.
At Silverado, we feel it is very important to recognize all of our veteran patients, as well as veteran members, for the services and sacrifices they have made for our country. Thank you for all who have served and continue to serve.
