Kimberly Hartman

Kimberly has spent the past 11 years dedicated to hospice care, beginning her career as an RNCM before advancing into leadership roles. Her journey has been incredibly fulfilling, fueled by a deep passion for leading a group of like-minded individuals committed to providing exceptional end-of-life care. Kimberly deeply values the trust patients and their families place on the Silverado hospice team and considers it a true honor to bring them comfort and support during such a challenging time.

Driven by her passion for caregiving, Kimberly opened a 10-bed assisted living home in Phoenix, where she worked alongside a team of dedicated caregivers. Together, they made a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and their families. Their commitment to excellence was recognized in 2020 when the home was honored as “Care Home of the Year.”

Born and raised in San Diego, Kimberly moved to Arizona 14 years ago before settling in Texas, captivated by its beautiful trees, grass and lakes. She has been happily married for 13 years and is a proud mother of two and grandmother to five.
