Jacquelyn Ybarra

With 19 years of experience in the medical field, Jacquelyn brings a wealth of knowledge in memory care and hospice to the Silverado team. She holds a Master of Nursing with a focus on Leadership and Management and is a registered nurse. Jacquelyn’s healthcare journey began in the ICU, but her deep passion for hospice care led her to pursue it full-time in 2019. She discovered her true calling in hospice, finding the most fulfillment in educating healthcare professionals and families about the importance of compassionate end-of-life care. Since then, Jacquelyn has held various roles in hospice care, including case management, on-call support, admissions, Director of Nursing, administrator, regional support and more.
Jacquelyn is deeply honored to join the Silverado hospice team and lead others with the same purpose of providing exceptional end-of-life care.

Medical Director
Kuldeep Singh, M.D. is an active volunteer within his local community and spends time each year speaking on geriatric topics at area churches and community centers. He is board certified in both internal medicine and geriatrics, and has been an essential asset to Silverado since he began in 2012.
Currently, Dr. Singh is simultaneously appointed to the HIM/UR committee at Medical Center of Plano and running his private practice. He has studied in both New York and Oklahoma. He earned his medical degree from King George’s Medical College, India.

Associate Medical Director
Parham Bahador, M.D. is a native of Fort Worth and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. He completed his residency at LSU-Health Science Center in Alexandria, Louisiana. While in residency, Dr. Bahador was the Chief Resident and served as a leader, mentor and role model for his fellow residents. He is currently practicing as a Hospitalist at Medical City Fort Worth, where he focuses on diagnosing, treating, leading the medical team, and coordinating care for hospitalized adult patients.
One of the Dr. Bahador’s most important attributes is his positive attitude – he believes working in an encouraging and supportive environment enhances the quality of care and improves patient outcomes.
