While every loss is unique, a grief support group can be a helpful way to face the overwhelming emotions that accompany a loved one’s death. Sharing the journey of grief with others who are walking a similar path through one of life’s most difficult experiences can provide understanding and help in the healing process. There is no single solution to dealing with a loss, but members of a support group can offer non-judgmental support and alternatives to aid with coping.
